More than 35 families from Donbas found accommodation due to online services of the initiative “Restoring Donbas”

More than 35 families of IDPs from Donbas found accommodation due to online services of the initiative “Restoring Donbas”. At least 40 people found jobs in Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv and Kyiv regions through the available online employment services.
These are the first results of work of the online platform for finding housing and jobs for IDPs from Donetsk and Lugansk regions, available on the website “Restoring Donbas” since February 25.
In general, more than 400 Classified Ads both from potential lessors and employers, as well from IDPs themselves were placed on the website during this period.
Some of theIDPs, thanks to the support of caring people, managed to find free accommodation. For example, on March 1, a family of IDPs with children settled in a picturesque village Moskalenky near Kiev.
We’ll remind that Classified Ads on “Restoring Donbas” are available for publication to all IDPs from the ATO area and their potential employers and lessors. Classified Ads are placed in the “Useful Information” section and are released daily after being moderated.
In the “Will rent housing” IDPs from Donbas can independently place their Classified Ads. In the “Housing for rent” they can find best offers from housing owners who are ready to host the IDPs.
Among Job opportunities and Résumé website users can use customized search by fields of activity and education, regions and cities, experience and level of salary. Sorting by the type of employment and relevance of Classified Ads is also available.
Community initiative “Restoring Donbas” encourages potential lessors and employers to place their announcements on our website and to look through resumes and announcements of the IDPs that are already published on the website.
