In Brussels was opened the exhibition “Peace and war through the eyes of Donbas children”

Today, on February 16, in Brussels started the exhibition of the children’s drawings “Peace and war through the eyes of Donbas children” organized by the community initiative “Restoring Donbas”.
The exhibition was opened at 11:00 by the Kiev time, in the Belgian royal museum of natural sciences. During the day the exhibition works for inhabitants and guests of Brussels, and in the evening it will be visited by the European politicians and journalists. The official opening ceremony will take place at 20:00 by the Kiev time and will be broadcasted online on our website restoring-donbass.com and in social networks.
For the first hours, the exhibition was already visited by adults and children, residents of Brussels, and its guests — citizens of Poland, Turkey.
Visitors of the exhibition actively communicate with our volunteers, trying to receive information about the situation in the east of Ukraine straight from the horse’s mouth.

Remind that the organized exhibition is devoted to children rom the East of Ukraine, captured by military operations. Here will be presented drawings of Donetsk and Lugansk children, many of them became IDPs or stayed in the conflict zone. The exhibition of drawings will be available to visit only one day, from 10:00 till 21:30. An entrance is free for all comers.
Besides, during athe exhibition children had an opportunity to write down the video with sincere wishes of peace and goodness, addressed to their fellows from Donbas. During the series of exhibitions, from October, 2015 to January, 2016, it was seen by thousands of people.
