European Court of Human Rights considered 4 000 claims from the residents of Donbas

About 4,000 claims of internally displaced persons and people living on the uncontrolled by Ukrainian government territory are considered by European Court of Human Rights.
European Court of Human Rights considers approximately 4,000 complaints from IDPs and citizens of Ukraine living at the uncontrolled by Ukrainian government territory. Besides, the claims for non-payment of pensions are considered as the cases of violation of property rights (according to the norms of international laws), – wrote Natalya Veselova, the Member of Parliament.
As we reported before IDPs are queuing for two days to prolong IDPs’ certificate or for other purposes at the departments of social protection.
