Special Monitoring Mission (SMM), the OSCE reiterates its readiness to observe Petrovsky district (Donetsk, NGCA) and Bogdanovka (GCA), but still the risk of mines presence remains of the high concern. “There are no security guarantees in non-controlled by Ukrainian government Petrovsky district in Donetsk as well as in government-controlled Bogdanovka. SMM is willing and able to observe, but mines prevent it, “- stated on Twitter of the OSCE SMM Ukraine.
Earlier, it was reported that the withdrawal of forces in Petrovsky district of Donetsk would start today at 15:00.
