IDPs with disabilities forced to leave the boarding house in Odessa region

Due to a power failure in the sanatorium “Kuyalnik” internally displaced persons are forced to return to the conflict zone in Donbas. This information was announced by Ihor Stokoz, the deputy head of Donetska state administration.

“On 29 of September OSCE SMM observed the departure of 22 internally displaced persons (IDPs) from the sanatorium Kuyalnik Odessa railway station, and from there to the government-controlled Konstantinovka (60 kilometers north of Donetsk).
