CMM OSCE recorded an increase of cases of violation of the “regime of silence” (about 310 explosions compared to the previous reporting period (150 explosions). The fact of increase of ceasefire violation in Donetsk region stated in the report of the CMM OSCE , published on the SMM website.
According to the mission, the number of cases of violation of the ceasefire in the Luhansk region was similar fixed for the previous reporting period.
“However, explosions (6 to 25), and shots (14 compared to more than 100) were smaller,” – said in a statement.
OSCE observers also continued to monitor the areas of disengagement and resources round Stanitsa Luhanska, Zolote and Petrovske.
“In all three locations observers were restricted freedom of movement. During the reporting period, further signs of disengagement process of forces and means, or mine clearance were not recorded in none of these three areas”, – noted in the OSCE report.
Earlier, it was reported that OSCE observers are increasingly intimidated in Donbas.
