Unexploded ordnance not far from crossing points in Donbas fixed by CMM OSCE

The report of SMM the OSCE said that the observers of the mission recorded unexploded ordnance near the checkpoints of entry and exit along the contact line in Donbas.
“In the middle of the road in the area between EECP in the village of Novotroitske (36 km south-west of Donetsk) and checkpoint “DPR” in the village of Olenivka (23 km south-west of Donetsk) observers saw a dud”, – said in a statement.
In addition, at the government checkpoint in the town of Mariinka (23 km south-west of Donetsk), members of the patrol mission recorded at least nine anti-tank mines, some of which were partially covered.
“According to the decision of the Tripartite Liaison Group, adopted in March 2016, they had to be identified and marked,” – reminded in the mission.
