European Court of Human Rights will consider the case of IDPs of violating the rights to elect

The delegation from Donetsk and Luhansk regions together with the representatives of the Ministry of Temporary Occupied Territories and IDPs visited European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg (France) to study of international experience in the field of human rights.
George Tuka, the Deputy Minister, mentioned that 4,000 cases are right now in European Court of Human Rights. Mr Tuka admitted that some Ukrainian dishonest lawyers for a certain amount of fee appealed to the Court without going through all legal level in Ukraine.
During the visit, delegates of Lugansk and Donetsk regions had the opportunity to ask all relevant questions to the representatives European Court.
To pay pensions at the temporary occupied territories needs annually 30 billion UAH.
