According to Deputy Minister of Temporary Occupied Territories and IDPs 90% of goods to Donbas comes from Russia.
“We have to maintain the relationship with temporary occupied territories. We could not cut these relationships. It is absolute nonsense by saying “let cut them off, so they stayed without food”. Whom do they mean? Voids do not exist. Due to our actions there’s completely ruble zone there and 90 percent of Russian products,”- he said,
Mr Tucka recalled that water and electricity cut off to uncontrolled territories prohibited by international law.
“If you have the ability to supply the water, then you have to deliver it. As it is in fact the humanitarian component. If only we allow officially abandon the water supply, we meet international sanctions. And we get a formal accusation of genocide, – George Tucka said.
The official believes that on the state level the main tasks are to keep not only economic cooperation but also to build the links between the inhabitants on both sides of the contact line.
Reportedly, Ukraine would not give up purchasing coal from uncontrolled part of Donbas.
