New rules for moving goods through the contact line was adopted

According to the new order of the Ministry of Temporary Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons of Ukraine one individual can transport goods through the contact line from the controlled territory to the uncontrolled or in the opposite direction with a total invoice value of up to 10 thousand hryvna and a total weight of up to 75 kg. The new rules were established by the Ministry of Temporary Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons and came into force on 1 April after its publication in the newspaper “Uryadovy Courier”.
In the order the list of allowed articles was determined. The Ministry of Temporary Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons of Ukraine included food products such as meat, flour, sausage, milk, bakery and pasta, fish, sugar, eggs, sunflower oil, salt, spices, vegetables, fruits, confectionery And diabetic food products.
In the list of non-food products – household chemicals, office, books and periodicals, cosmetics, clothing, small appliances, up to five packs of medicines of each denomination and medical products intended for human life support and control over its condition.
In the list of permitted excisable goods – 200 cigarettes, 5 liters of beer, 2 liters of wine and 1 liter of strong alcohol.
In addition, the order contains a description of the list of goods that can be attributed to personal belongings of citizens, which includes, in particular, one camera, a video camera and a laptop, three flash drives, two mobile phones and up to three payment cards.
