East Ukraine Militant Leaders Ink Deal: Contact group agrees to pull back small weapons

So-called leaders of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk Peoples’ ‘republics’ reportedly ok new deal.
Ihor Plotnitsky, militant leader of the so-called Luhansk Peoples’ ‘Republic (LNR) signed the agreement to pull back small weapons in east Ukraine: “the withdrawal of tanks, mortars and artillery of less than 100 millimetre calibre to a distance of 15 kilometres from the line contact the Donbas”.
Plotnitsky inked the document on Wednesday, September 30, in the House of LNR Government headquartered in the centre of militant-held Luhansk.
